Terms of use
Last updated 18 August 2026
The agreement
These terms apply when you use DECODER™, operated by ThinkSprint. By signing in you accept them. Where your organisation has a separate written services agreement with ThinkSprint, that agreement takes precedence if the two conflict.
Accounts and access
Access is by invitation. Your account is personal to you — please do not share your login. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has access to it. We may suspend an account that is being misused or that puts other participants' information at risk.
Your content
Your organisation owns the strategy content it contributes and the reports produced from it. You give us permission to process that content in order to deliver the programme, as described in our privacy notice.
Please only contribute information you are authorised to share, and avoid entering personal information about other people that is not needed for the strategy work.
What the platform is, and is not
DECODER™ is a facilitation and analysis tool. The coach is an AI assistant and its output is a starting point for discussion, reviewed by a human strategist before it becomes a report. It is not legal, financial, tax or professional advice, and decisions your organisation makes remain its own.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to access another organisation's content or accounts.
- Do not upload unlawful, harmful or infringing material.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, probe or reverse engineer the service.
Availability
We aim to keep the service available and reliable, but it is provided on an "as is" basis and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may make changes and improvements over time.
Ending access
Your organisation may end its programme at any time; we will provide its reports and then handle its content as set out in the privacy notice. We may end access if these terms are breached.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Questions: hello@thinksprint.co.nz.
